Currently, we ensure a capacity of 300 participants for a single meeting. However, it can be more as there is no strict limit. It is essential to consider that BigBlueButton is designed for education and interaction. Therefore, it is not advisable to have too many participants connected unless their involvement is non-interactive, as it may negatively affect the user experience.
BigBlueButton stores recordings in a special format that allows viewing exclusively from the cloud. By default, the original BigBlueButton format is enabled. Also, it is possible to enable a parameter to generate recordings in mp4 or downloadable format (single video file), and the “podcast” format is also available.
As long as you don’t exceed the total number of users online at the same time (simultaneous users), you can organize an unlimited amount of online meetings.

Yes, you can if your service is BBB Plugin integrated with Moodle. The attendance report will be displayed on your Moodle platform. This report includes both attendance and non-attendance. Also, it can be exported, among other functions.
Currently, the prices of BBB Plugin are in United States dollars (USD).
There is no limit. However, based on fair usage policies, we allocate a space to each customer based on their plan size. Generally, that space is sufficient for at least six (6) months of recording.
Yes, in some cases this option is only available for the Moodle service. If you are a distributor, Moodle partner or related please contact us for more information.
Our service is also available on a white label model.
They’re stored for at least six months for active subscriptions, and at least one month for inactive subscriptions.
Currently, we provide a high-quality service in South America and North America. Although it is possible to use our service from anywhere, there might be higher latency outside these regions. However, we can offer the service with exclusive servers for your needs.

The recording quality is preset, and you do not have to take any action yourself. By default, we offer a higher quality capability compared to other competitors and even the standard BigBlueButton settings typically employed by other providers.
It’s important to mention that when sharing your camera, you can choose the webcam quality you desire (ranging from low quality to FHD Extreme 1920px). You can find more information here.
To solve this problem, you just need to check that the administrator has correctly configured the roles for Teacher, Teacher without editing permission, Manager, or others in the BigBlueButton plugin settings. Visit the following link for step-by-step instructions.
No, we do not limit the number of webcams for a meeting. However, the bandwidth of your users and the selected video quality can be limiting factors that may affect their ability to view all webcams simultaneously.
In general, almost everything on the internet is downloadable to some extent. However, the BigBlueButton recording format makes it challenging to be downloaded, ensuring content protection when needed. In our plugin, we have included parameters that allow us to hide downloadable formats from students when required.
Yes. In the Moodle integration, for example, you will find an option in the administration called “Service status” that allows you to monitor and generate the list of meetings in progress.
