Our BBB service for Moodle automatically generates 2 types of reports within each scheduled BigBlueButton activity on your Moodle platform: Attendance Report and Absence Report.

This functionality allows you to access a list of attendees to the videoconference, interact with it, and export it, saving the instructor or teacher time in taking attendance.
Export Reports and Send Mass Messages
The attendance and absence reports are included in our BBB Plugin service.. Please note that it is also possible to view the attendance list from the BigBlueButton learning panel, but you can only view this information during a session or after the meeting ends (only for a few minutes). This is in contrast to the reports integrated with Moodle, which allow you to access them whenever you need.
But there is more! Our enhancement allows you to download the reports in different formats: plain text or .csv file, send the report by email, and send mass messages to those absent from the activity.
This will undoubtedly help make your classes more effective and save you time in taking attendance.
